Start by identifying whether the problem happened before upload, during generation, or inside a completed result. Those are different failures and need different fixes.
Fast diagnosis table
| Symptom | Most useful first check | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| File will not upload | JPG, PNG, or WebP; 10 MB maximum | Export a compatible, non-empty copy |
| Generate button cannot start a paid job | Signed-in credit balance | Buy credits only if the selected output is correct |
| Job remains in progress | Generation is asynchronous | Wait and check the account later; no fixed time is promised |
| Job reports failure | Generation record and credit balance | Reserved credits are designed to return automatically |
| Face, hands, or legs drift | Source clarity and obstruction | Use a sharper single-subject full-body image |
| Subject is cropped | Source crop and selected aspect ratio | Leave space around the body and generate for the destination frame |
| 768P still looks wrong | Missing source detail | Fix the source; resolution cannot reconstruct absent detail |
| Result differs from an example | Normal generation variation | Treat examples as direction, not an exact target |
Upload problems
The generator accepts one JPG, PNG, or WebP image up to 10 MB. Phone-native or design-tool formats may need export. Make sure the file is not zero bytes or damaged.
For the subject, use one permitted non-public adult or original adult character. Do not upload public figures, real players, minors, pets, or protected characters you do not control.
Identity and body problems
Generative video has to infer a moving body from a still image. Cropped feet, covered hands, crossed limbs, motion blur, group photos, reflections, or a busy background create competing cues. Replace the image rather than trying to solve missing visual information with a higher output resolution.
Use this source-image repair order:
- Move from a group photo to one subject.
- Move from a face-only crop to a full-body view.
- Remove foreground objects covering arms or legs.
- Choose the sharpest frame with neutral, even light.
- Leave visible space around the subject for movement.
Framing problems
Choose 9:16 for a vertical feed and 16:9 for a wide player. Cropping a completed portrait video into landscape can remove the upper or lower body; cropping a wide result into portrait can remove the keeper, defender, or goal.
Changing from 5 to 10 seconds provides more time for motion but does not guarantee a particular action. Changing from 480P to 768P provides more output resolution but does not guarantee closer identity.
Failed jobs and credits
A failed generation is designed to return the credits reserved for that job automatically. A successful output is not guaranteed a credit return solely because the creative result is not preferred. If the status and balance appear inconsistent after the job reaches a final state, record the approximate time and generation identifier before contacting support.
For a new source image, test with 5-second 480P at 1 credit before spending 2 or 4 credits on a larger output. New accounts receive 0 free credits.
If the video completed but simply looks unlike another clip, read why results vary. If the input is the issue, use the photo guide.
